Juan Gomez, MBA is a finance and investment professional with experience across industries from economic development to venture capital, and public finance. Prior to founding Izcalli Group, Juan served as fund manager at Madison Development Corporation, leading the full lifecycle of credit requests, from origination and underwriting to portfolio management and investor reporting. Juan also held key roles at the State of Wisconsin, where he managed venture debt/tax credit programs, and structured municipal bond transactions. His work has consistently bridged the public, private and non-profit sectors.
Juan holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and a BBA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. He serves as Treasurer for Working Capital for Communities in Need (WCCN), and is also an active board member with the Madison Symphony Orchestra Foundation (MSOF).
